Taylor Swift’s Net Worth Reaches Historic Peak on Travis Kelce’s Birthday

Taylor Swift can afford to buy Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce a very nice birthday present this year.

Kansas City Chiefs star Travis Kelce has a lot to celebrate on his 35th birthday. In addition to helping the Chiefs become the first team in 20 years to win back-to-back Super Bowls, he also found love with the most famous singer in the world, Taylor Swift.

Financially speaking, Kelce is also in the best spot in his life. In April, the Chiefs restructured Kelce’s contract, making the All-Pro the highest-paid tight end in the league with a two-year, $34.25 million deal. Kelce’s bank account further ballooned in August after Amazon’s Wondery platform reportedly signed his “New Heights” podcast to a three-year, $100 million deal.

Social media filled with birthday wishes for Kelce on Oct. 5, however, it was his girlfriend’s updated net worth that turned heads. While Swift reached billionaire status last year, amid her “Eras” concert tour and the release of her latest album, “The Tortured Poets Department,” she’s raked a lot more money.

According to Forbes, Swift is now worth $1.6 billion, surpassing Rihanna as the wealthiest female musician is history. The richest male musician is rapper Jay Z, whose net worth stands at $2.5 billion as of Oct. 5.

While fans celebrated the 14-time Grammy winner’s new financial status, they also kept an eye out for Swift, hoping she reunites with Kelce on his birthday.

The 12-year NFL veteran is hosting Kelce Car Jam on Saturday, a fundraiser for his 87th and Running Foundation. The event takes place in downtown Kansas City.

“It’s gonna be fun,” Kelce said of his fundraiser on the latest episode of “New Heights. “I should have my old school ‘70 Chevelle all revved up and ready to rock and roll. If not, I’ll bring one of the other cars that I have.”

With the Chiefs’ next game not until Monday night, there’s likely an after party for his birthday after the event.
