The celebrity singer has generated an estimated $370 million (£305 million) in ticket and merchandise sales and $400 million (£320 million) in album sales over the last four years. She was sighted in New York on Thursday with actors Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds.
Her bank account has also profited handsomely from her $700 million (£576 million) ticket sales for The Eras Tour in the United States.
Experts in finance at Bloomberg claim that Taylor’s current net worth is at least £890 million, or $1 billion.
Since the money began to come in, Taylor has been quite frugal with it, which has contributed to the enormous rise in her fortune.
She started her amazing real estate career in 2009 with an apartment on the beach that she still owns today.
Taylor has a number of homes in New York, including a sizable penthouse with ten bedrooms and ten bathrooms in the trendy Tribeca district of the city.
