Chili, the Wendy’s Way

Ingredients

  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 chopped bell pepper
  • 1 (15 oz) can stewed tomatoes
  • 5 (7 oz) cans tomato sauce
  • 1 (15 oz) can ranch-style beans
  • 1 (15 oz) can pinto beans
  • 1 (15 oz) can kidney beans
  • 1 (12 oz) can Rotel diced tomatoes
  • 1 (1.25 oz) package McCormick mild chili seasoning
  • 3 lbs ground chuck

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground chuck in a skillet.
  2. Add all canned ingredients (including juices) into a large pot.
  3. Mix in the browned ground chuck, onion, and bell pepper.
  4. Cook until the onion and pepper are tender.

Serving and Storage
Serve immediately. Freezes well for later use.
